1. Who We Are
Your Pickleball Community operates this online court booking system. We are the data
controller responsible for your personal information.
2. Data We Collect
When you make a booking, we collect:
- Full name — to identify your reservation
- Phone number — for booking confirmation and communication
- Payment receipt photo — to verify your payment (GCash / BDO)
3. Why We Collect It
Your data is used solely for court booking management: processing your reservation, verifying
payment, and contacting you about your booking. We do not use it for marketing.
4. How We Store It
Booking records are stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database with encryption at
rest and in transit. Payment receipt images are hosted via ImgBB. We do not sell or
share your data with third parties beyond these service providers.
5. How Long We Keep It
Booking records are kept for operational and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion at
any time (see Section 7).
6. Your Rights Under RA 10173
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is used
- Access a copy of your personal data we hold
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion or blocking of your data
- Object to the processing of your data
